All of our registered patients are welcome to use this platform. If you are a parent/carer, you may also use this to contact us on behalf of a patient. 

• Ask my GP is available between 8 am and 11.00 am Monday to Friday and all calls received will be actioned on the same day.

• Please note that there is limited capacity for appointments - once capacity has been reached, the Ask my GP service will be switched off until the following day
• If you have an urgent medical request between 11.00 and 6.30 pm that cannot wait, please contact the surgery via telephone.
• After 6.30 pm please contact 111 if urgent, otherwise contact us the next day after 8 am
